Privacy notice

Northmethod Quotes is designed to keep the contents of your quotes on your own device. This notice explains the limited information that may still be handled when you visit the site, contact us, or purchase Pro.

Quote and client data

Business details, client details, prices, notes, saved quotes, logos, and branding settings are stored in your browser using local storage. The application does not upload that content to Northmethod Digital. Clearing browser data, using a different browser, or changing devices can remove it. Use the built-in backup feature for records you need to keep.

Site delivery and security data

Our hosting and security providers may process basic request information, including IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the site. We do not currently use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

Support and business inquiries

If you email Northmethod Digital, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, business name, question, and attachments. We use it to answer your request, provide purchased services, and maintain ordinary business records.

Payments

Paid upgrades are processed by a third-party checkout provider. Northmethod Digital does not receive your full card number. The provider processes checkout and payment information under its own privacy notice. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

Sharing

We may share limited information with service providers that help host the site, process payments, or deliver email; when required by law; or to protect users, Northmethod Digital, and the public. We do not sell or rent your quote contents.

Retention and choices

Local quote data remains until you delete it or clear browser storage. Support and transaction records may be retained as reasonably necessary for service, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations. You may request access to or deletion of personal information held directly by Northmethod Digital by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained where legally required.

Children

Northmethod Quotes is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this notice when the product or its providers change. The effective date at the top will be revised when material changes are made.
